We are an Italian restaurant that makes everything from scratch. Our pastas are make fresh in house daily and out pizzas are baked in a wood fired oven. We also get all of our soft cheese made in house or via a local vendor fresh only for Evviva. We believe in delivering food of the freshest and finest quality and source as much as locally as possible
