“One of my best memories is of doing yoga on a platform right on the seaside and hear the waves coming in and receding, sounding like the ocean’s own pranayama breathing! Actually many of the spaces, the dining area, the lounges, the gardens, the restaurant are completely open to the beach and the sea and so you spend the whole day interacting with the breezes and the views of the ocean, while  at night  the moon also comes out. With Shazia, you will be in great hands, wonderful physically refreshing yoga and also meditation and reflection. Lots of opportunities for other fun activities. Great company of the group helps you to learn about your own self and each other as well as deepen the relationships. Highly recommended.” – Sal
