Tasmiah Rahman

 

I am Tasmiah Rahman. I have started my yoga journey since my undergrad days in USA, trying to reduce anxiousness. I would get very anxious before an exam and also balancing work and studies. I found yoga and meditation quite helpful in reducing my anxiousness. I have a challenging day job as I run the skills development programme at Brac. I try and motivate my colleagues to also internalise yoga practices in their daily lives.
