Sabera Alam is a passionate yoga teacher with over 3 years of professional experience in designing and leading traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes. After practicing yoga for fifteen years, she completed yoga teacher training in Nepal and acquired an in-depth knowledge of postures, breathing techniques, and the spiritual elements of yoga teaching. In 2023, she started her own yoga studio, Health and Happiness, in Scotland, UK. She is eager to share her expertise and passion with students in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
